Below are the Rooftop Guesthouse policies and procedures. Please read them carefully before acknowledging form.
Welcome to Rooftop Guesthouse!
This guesthouse works a little differently by providing an easy and convenient stay for our guests.
We want to ensure our guest feel safe and comfortable, which is why offer these features at our property at all times:
All around security cameras, 24/7 on watch
Present security personnel, ensuring guest are safe and established
Express Check In and Check Out, for late arrivals and late departures
24/7 on call Host, to assists and provide guests with instructions of establishment and stay
Arrivals & Departures
Check In - Check In time is usually at 3:00pm but if wish to retain your room before this time please inform the Host. Express Check In is provided to all guest and is done by sending a form that must filled out and signed by all guest staying at the establishment. ID must be presented or uploaded in order to accept the reservation and your arrival. Once Form is completed a text message or email will be sent, noting your room key location and the code to access it. (When having trouble accessing the form or keys to your room, please reach out to your Host for help)
Check Out - Late departures are often common which is why we accept check out up to 11:00pm the latest. Beyond that is not accepted and will be charged and communicated to the guest. Another form must be filled out in order to Check out to ensure the quality of the stay and the notice of your departure.
Property Policies
Smoking Policy - Smoking is prohibited in ALL rooms minus the exterior areas such as the rooftop and the gazebo. When smoking, please keep the area clean and free of ashes.
Cleanliness - The guesthouse must be valued and respected and any trash thrown or left in the common areas will not be tolerated. Indecent waste included, so please clean up after your activities.
Behavior Policy - Any irresponsible actions or behaviors from guest will result in the declined their stay or eviction from the property. Behaviors that will not be tolerate are: throwing items down the stairwells or the rooftop, kicking and hitting doors or damaging property items, verbally and physically abusing other guest or personnel on the property and lastly screaming and disrupting the peace for no emergent reason.
We reserve the right to refuse or remove guest from the Rooftop Guesthouse in case of misbehavior or breach of this agreement. Transgressions will be met with a refusal of refund and decline of stay.
Validation & Confirmation - Guest must accept all property policies in other to maintain their stay at the property. Guest must also provide a valid ID in order to validate age, confirm stay, and secure guests attendance. Guest reserving room must be 18 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian.
Note:
An outdoor shower is locate on the second floor. Please use it once visiting the beach to prevent clogging in the bathroom showers and to avoid sand inside the rooms.
The keys given to guest are the only keys that will be provided during their stay. Please keep key secure and do not lose it. If key is lost a $50 fee will be mandatory.
When wanting to extend your stay or depart earlier than expected please notify the Host who will instruct you on how to proceed.
